Question 1

I've never had a massage before. What should I expect?

Accepted Answer

Your first visit begins with a quiet conversation about your needs, any areas of tension, and your comfort level. Your therapist will guide you through everything — how to position yourself, what to expect during the treatment, and how to communicate pressure preferences. There's no need to feel nervous; our therapists are experienced with first-time guests and will make sure you feel completely at ease.

Question 2

Do I need to book in advance, or do you accept walk-ins?

Accepted Answer

We warmly welcome walk-ins based on availability, but we highly recommend booking ahead — especially during peak season and weekends. This ensures your preferred time, treatment, and therapist are available. You can book by phone, WhatsApp, or by filling out our contact form.

Question 3

What should I wear to my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Wear loose, comfortable clothing to the studio. Your therapist will explain what to change, if anything, based on the treatment you choose. You only undress to your level of comfort, and the therapist will step out while you get ready. Professional draping is used throughout oil and body treatments for comfort and privacy.

Question 4

How early should I arrive before my treatment?

Accepted Answer

We recommend arriving about 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This gives us time for a brief conversation about your needs, pressure preference, and anything we should avoid. If you're running late, please let us know and we'll explain the available options based on the next booking.

Question 5

Should I eat before my massage?

Accepted Answer

We recommend avoiding a heavy meal immediately before your treatment so you can lie and move comfortably. A light snack is fine, and you can drink water as you normally would.

Question 6

Are there any health conditions I should let you know about?

Accepted Answer

Yes — please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or if you are pregnant. This helps us tailor your treatment safely and choose the right oils, pressure, and techniques for your body. All information is kept confidential.

Question 7

How do I choose the right treatment for me?

Accepted Answer

If you're not sure where to start, here's a simple guide: for relaxation, try our Aromatherapy or Coconut Massage; for muscle tension, consider Deep Tissue or Hot Stone Massage; for skin care, choose a Body Scrub or the Deep Clean Facial (Premium); and if you want several services in one visit, look at our packages. You can also message us on WhatsApp and we'll suggest a suitable option based on your needs.

Question 8

Can I customize my treatment or combine services?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many treatments can be adjusted around your pressure preference, focus areas, oil choice, and available duration. You can also ask about combining individual services. Let us know what you would like when booking and we will explain the options available.

Question 9

What types of oils and products do you use?

Accepted Answer

Products vary by treatment. If you have allergies, sensitive skin, or ingredients you prefer to avoid, please tell us before the treatment. Our team can explain the available oils and products so you can choose a suitable option.

Question 10

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged the full treatment amount. We understand that plans change — just reach out to us as soon as possible and we'll work with you.

Question 11

Can I reschedule my appointment instead of cancelling?

Accepted Answer

Yes, rescheduling is always preferred over cancelling. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment and we'll find a new time that works for you, subject to availability.

Question 12

How do I find your studio? Do you offer pickup or drop-off?

Accepted Answer

We're located in Maret, Koh Samui. Open our location in Google Maps from the Contact page, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll share the exact pin. We do not provide pickup or drop-off, so please arrange your own transportation to and from the studio.

Question 13

What happens when I arrive at the studio?

Accepted Answer

We'll have a brief conversation about the treatment you booked, your pressure preference, areas to focus on, and anything we should avoid. Your therapist will then explain how to get ready and guide you to the treatment area. If you have questions at any point, please ask.

Question 14

How can I pay for my treatment?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash payments only, in Thai Baht. Payment is collected after your treatment. A 10% service charge is included in all listed prices — there are no hidden fees.

Question 15

Can I request a specific therapist?

Accepted Answer

Of course. When booking, you can request a preferred therapist by name. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on their availability. If your preferred therapist is unavailable, we'll recommend someone with a similar style and expertise.
