Bookings and Availability
Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. Advance bookings are recommended and are confirmed only after our team accepts the requested treatment and time.
Health and Safety
Tell us about relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, sensitivities, or pregnancy before treatment. Our team may adapt or decline a treatment when necessary for safety.
Cancellations and Arrival
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a 50% charge and no-shows may be charged the full treatment amount. Arriving late may reduce treatment time when the following booking cannot be moved.
Prices and Payment
Listed prices are in Thai Baht and include the stated 10% service charge. Payment is collected after treatment and is accepted in cash only.
